We want you to be happy with Echo. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Echo orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
What's covered
The 30-day guarantee covers your most recent subscription charge. After the 30-day window, you can cancel anytime from your billing page; your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period and will not renew. We do not pro-rate partial months outside of the 30-day window, but we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
